With the recent official new member additions of King College and North Greenville University (June 1st 2011), individual schedules had to change in order to incorporate the scope of conference schedules with the growth from 11 to 13 teams that will now be competing in the league.

SUMTER, SC-- The Erskine women's tennis team won their 7th straight Conference Carolinas title on Sunday afternoon at the Palmetto Tennis Center in dramatic fashion, defeating Queens, 5-3. The Fleet fell behind 2-1 in doubles but got outstanding singles play to claim the victory.

The Pfeiffer women’s tennis team earned the ITA All-Academic Team Award for the seventh time in eight years, as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced its yearly academic awards. The ITA All-Academic Team award is given to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above (on a 4.00 scale).

Erskine's Parr Named SC Tennis Coach of the Year
DUE WEST, SC- On Monday August 6, the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) named Erskine’s head Women’s Tennis coach Calhoun Parr the 2007 South Carolina Tennis Coach of the Year. As a seven year veteran at Erskine Parr has seen great success. He has an overall record of 122-47 and a Carolinas Virginia Athletic Conference (CVAC) record of 63-21. He has been named conference Coach of the year twice and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Coach of the Year once. In the past three years the Lady Fleet have posted a perfect conference record (38-0) resulting in three regular season and conference tournament titles.

LC Lady Saints Excel In the Classroom
GAFFNEY, S.C.- The Limestone College women’s tennis team recently completed its best season to date on the court, but what doesn’t make headlines very often is the success an athletic team has in the classroom. The Lady Saint’s may have been ranked No. 35 in the NCAA Division II poll and finished second Carolinas-Virginia Athletic Conference play, but they also set marks in the classroom that will pay off after their college tennis careers.
