CVAC Basketball Game Change Request Form
The following policies were adopted by CVAC Athletic Directors to provide uniformity:
The CVAC basketball schedules are provided by the commissioner's office as directed by the Athletic Directors Committee. Game date changes must be submitted to the Commissioner on a fully completed form signed by both member Athletic Directors, and must include a written rational for the change.

CVAC women's and men's basketball games will start at 5:30 & 7:30 PM. The order (women or men for the first game) is determined by the hosting Athletic Director. Saturday afternoon games at 2:00 & 4:00 PM may be elected by the hosting member Athletic Director with notification to the Commissioner. (This form can be used with athletic directors' signature but without rational for the change, to notify the Commissioner of a game time change to Saturday afternoon.) Evening game time changes must be submitted to the Commissioner on a fully completed form signed by both member Athletic Directors, and must include a written rational for the change. |
