Upon submission of this form tournament hosts will receive a check from the conference.  The league budgeted the amounts for each tournament as noted below.  A host that identifies expenditures less than the budgeted amount will be reimbursed actual expenditures.  A host that identifies expenditures equal to or more than the budgeted amount identified below will receive the budgeted amount.
