Method: Open meet to all CVAC sponsoring members.

Eligibility: Link To: Cross Country Championship Eligibility Form

To be eligible to participate in the conference championship race each runner must have participated in three races during the regular season. An exception to the three meet rule is valid only when; 1) the member cross country program is in the first year of leage participation, 2) due to an injury documented by a physician or athletic trainer, 3) initial eligibility process delays and a final determination of "certified" has been rendered prior to the championship date. Documentation must be provided to the league office.

Tie Breaking Procedures: In the event of a tie the time of the fifth place runner will break the tie.

Delay of Game Policy: Link to conference Delayed Game Policy

All-Conference Team: By Championship Meet finish, 5 First-Team, 5 Second-Team, and 5 Honorable Mention members.

MVP: Female and male winners of the championship race.

Coach of the Year: The COY will be determined based on team finish during the championship meet. The winning coach for the women and men will be the Coach of the Year.

Freshman of the Year: Freshman female and male best finishers in the championship race.
