HIGH POINT, N.C. – University of Mount Olive earned a bid to the 2017 NCAA Division II Women's Tennis Championship, the NCAA announced Tuesday evening. The Trojans received the No. 8 seed in the Southeast Regional as an automatic qualifier after winning the 2017 Conference Carolinas Women's Tennis Championship on Sunday (Apr. 23) afternoon.
Mount Olive (12-7) will play No. 1 seed Columbus St. in the opening round of the Southeast I Regional, hosted by Columbus St., on Monday, May 1 in Columbus, Ga.
