Chowan's Carrier Named Conference Carolinas Women's Tennis Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Chowan University's Cynthia Carrier was named Conference Carolinas Women's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played Mar. 19-25, the Conference announced today. This marks Chowan's fourth straight POTW honor.

A junior from Levis, Quebec, Carrier posted a combined 6-0 record in singles and doubles play last week, including a 4-0 Conference Carolinas mark, to move the Hawks to 11-3 overall and 5-0 in Conference play.

No. 2 Singles - 6-0, 6-0
No. 1 Doubles - 8-2

Converse College:
No. 2 Singles - 6-0, 6-0
No. 1 Doubles - 8-1

Methodist University:
No. 2 Singles - 6-2, 6-3
No. 1 Doubles - 8-5
