King's Kusmierz Named Conference Carolinas Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C.King University's Hannah Kusmierz has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for meets ran during the week of Oct. 2 - 8, the Conference announced today. 

Kusmierz, a sophomore from Orleans, Mich., ran a new personal-best 5k time of 20:21.12 on her way to a 13th place finish at the Gene Mullin Invitational hosted by Furman University.  

 

Also nominated for Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week: Hanan Balawi (Southern Wesleyan), Tori Davies (North Greenville), and Sarah Rutto (Limestone College).
