HIGH POINT, N.C. – Lees-McRae College's Austin Thompson has been named the Conference Carolinas Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the Conference announced today.
Austin Thompson led the LMC men's cross country at last week's Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational with an 8k time of 26:35.66. The time logged by Thompson is the 10th-best time in the history of LMC men's cross country. The Cleveland, Ga. native now owns six of top 20 times in the history of the program.

Daniel Kovalchick (King University) 27:33.0 in the 8k, setting a personal record to finish 54/89 at the Virginia Tech Alumni Meet
