Erskine's Cabral Named Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week

HIGH POINT, N.C.Erskine College midfielder Devyn Cabral has been named the Conference Carolinas Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches played Oct. 8-14, the Conference announced today.

A sophomore from Land O Lakes, Fla., Cabral was the offensive catalyst behind Erskine's 2-0 record last week in conference play. She posted three goals, including two game-winners, for six points in the pair of wins.

Cabral would score the match-winner in overtime to give the Fleet a 2-1 win over Mount Olive to start the week. She would then score both of Erskine's goals in a 2-1 win over Barton.

Cabral currently ranks fourth in Conference Carolinas in game-winning goals (2), while having eight points on four goals for the season.
